Kipling Meadows offers free senior fitness classes - a great way to improve your balance, energy and strength while getting to know your neighbors!

Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:00 am. Live 2 B Healthy® trainers are certified and highly experienced in senior fitness.

All ability levels are welcome. Please join us!
