Bring children of all ages to the winter wonderland in the Mountain Vista High School Commons Area. Visit with Santa Claus and enjoy a breakfast spread with pancakes, sausage, coffee and juice. The morning will include crafts and live holiday music by the Mountain Vista instrumental music students.

English Paper Pieced Quilt Exhibit at Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum

Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum issued a Call for Entries for quilts using the British Style of English Paper Piecing. Quilts made from this longtime, labor intensive method, are hand pieced, enabling the quilter to accomplish precise and detailed work. Quilts on display range from traditional to modern abstract works of art, and a selection of Museum quilts constructed using the English Paper Pieced method, along with some of Tina Gravatt’s miniature quilts made with English Paper Piecing.
