Stroller Strides increases strength for motherhood

Stroller Strides, the nation’s largest fitness program for new moms, will celebrate its grand opening in Highlands Ranch on Aug. 18 at Highland Heritage Regional Park. Registration begins at 9 a.m., and will be followed by a free Stroller Strides class at 9:30.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of body toning using exercise tubing and the stroller.

In addition to the classes, Stroller Strides offers playgroups and mom’s night out, giving women an opportunity to socialize and further relationships. For information, call Kristen Van Hull at 303-909-5244.
