Mike Bieda (incumbent)
For the Ward 5 election, the candidate with the largest number of votes will win a four-year term replacing Karen Harrison. The candidate with the next highest number of votes will win a two-year term allowing them to finish the remaining two-year term of Dana Gutwein.
