Free Workshop Explores Breaking Mindsets that Hinder When Helping

Posted by kris@loveinclittleton.org

Breaking Mindsets that Hinder, the subject of the Redemptive Compassion Workshop led by Lois Tupyi, an author and national speaker with Love In The Name of Christ, will be held Saturday, May 4, 8:30-12 noon at Centennial Covenant Church, 401 W. Mineral Ave., Littleton, CO.

This free workshop, open to volunteers, churches, agencies and other interested people, will explore how to provide holistic help to people need. Often compassionate giving sustains people but doesn’t lift them out of need. Redemptive Compassion works to free them from any earthly bondage into God’s abundance.

Lois Tupyi is the author of Redemptive Compassion and speaks around the country. The workshop is sponsored by Love INC Littleton which serves the South Denver Metro area by mobilizing churches to transform lives. Love INC is celebrating 10 years of serving the community by providing information on community resources through the Clearinghouse, life-changing classes through IMPACT, help with transportation, diapers, clothing and more and even operates a community resale store: Renewed Treasures. . Love INC was also instrumental in helping the people affected by the Windermere Apartment fire in 2018.

A buffet breakfast, provided by Canon Catering, starts the Workshop at 8:30. To register for this free event go to www.loveinclittleton.org/event/redemptive-compassion-workshop/ or call 303-798-0037.
