Modern Market at SouthGlenn

The ninth Modern Market location in the metro area is set to open June 21 at The Streets at SouthGlenn, and to celebrate, the restaurant is throwing a block party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The first 200 guests will get a free lunch — one entree and one beverage — and the party will feature free cotton candy, lemondade, free ice pops and a wellness booth. Donations from the block party will benefit Sprout City Farms, a local nonprofit that works to ensure food-secure communities by developing and strengthening the local food system.

Three winners who enter the Modern Market Instagram Giveaway will receive $150 in Modern Market credit for themselves and two friends.

The restaurant is at 6955 S. York St., Unit 423, Centennial, between Old Navy and Whole Foods. Business hours are 10:25 a.m. to 9:05 p.m. weekdays and 7:55 a.m. to 9:05 p.m. on weekends. Breakfast is served until 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

The newest restaurant makes 31 total units for the brand, which has restaurants in Arizona, Texas, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.

The restaurant’s fresh-from-the-market bowls, salads, sandwiches and pizzas are all made from scratch. Learn more at
