Letter: School district agenda hurts students

While Douglas County School District administrators spend countless time and resources pursuing a political agenda that only a handful of extremists care about, they fail to pay attention to something as basic as minimum class times for its students.  Sheer ineptitude has cost the district $4.2 million of taxpayer dollars that could have improved the educational experiences of our children.

Instead of taking accountability for their mistakes, the DCSD laughably accuses the Colorado Department of Education of playing politics. Hopefully Douglas County voters have learned their lesson: elect inexperienced ideologues to run a school district and watch our kids suffer the consequences.
