My business

I’ve been a registered nurse for 22 years and founded Heel Your Feet — a mobile health care service caring for seniors and those that are disabled — in 2001. I work throughout the Metro Denver area in-home and offer clinics at many locations.

I provide service for those that are homebound or prefer someone come to their home. A medical pedicure is requested most because as people age, they can’t easily reach their feet. I work on their toenails, ingrown nails and calluses with aromatherapy. I trim their nails, take care of any topical issues and then give them a massage.

Foot care is often neglected in elders and the disabled population and my services help keep my clients mobile and their feet in good shape. I have a passion for holistic health care and like to educate my clients on natural healing as well as allopathic means.
What I do in my free time
I enjoy the great outdoors and like to run, hike and bike all around Colorado.  I spend time with my family and friends and my three dogs.
My inspiration
I love helping others discover natural ways of healing.  I have studied many complementary healing practices including reflexology, healing touch and herbal medicine and I enjoy incorporating my knowledge into my practice.
