Rick Dinsmore joined the board of directors for the community
association with 17,717 votes.
Todd Langrave retained his seat with 19,072 votes.
The election for the two seats on the Highlands Ranch Community
Association Board of Directors was held March 17.
Scott Lemmon spent the time before the meeting of delegates
convened pressing flesh and answering questions.
His efforts netted him 6,236 votes.
Heather Towsley was not present for the vote but pulled 5,419
votes. Shon Payne received 1,691 votes.
Because of absences or abstained votes, 5,645 votes went to no
one. This does not include vacant delegate seats, which account for
1,400 votes.
Typically, the board meets and selects its leadership, but with
Langrave out of town, that decision was put off until all members
could be present.
For procedural reasons, Dinsmore is the acting vice president of
the board and Dave Martz the acting president.
