Eight-year-old Jack Templin proudly presented Parker Adventist Hospital with a $300 check to help frontline workers in their fight against COVID-19.
Templin, of Parker, wanted to do something to help raise money for the fight against COVID-19. Templin decided to do a “Positive Run” where friends and neighbors could pledge money based on the number of laps he could run around their neighborhood in an hour.
His goal was five laps. Templin ended up making 12 laps to total 4.8 miles.
Templin presented the check June 15.
