Pickup hits gas station

Early in the morning commute Nov. 23, a pickup lost control and hit a convenience store.

The driver was heading north on Santa Fe Drive and lost control, crossing two lanes of southbound traffic before hitting the back of the Diamond Shamrock convenience store.

The driver’s GMC Savanna sustained damage. The building also had minor damage.

No one was injured.

The accident happened at 6:49 a.m. at Santa Fe and Blakeland drives.
