The synthetic ice rink at Town Center North provides the versatility to offer ice skating without the ice. It has approximately a 75 percent glide factor vs. real ice. The panels are a specifically developed plastic polymer that makes for a ideal skating surface. Visit hrcaonline.org for hours.
